Winter/Spring Schedule
KICK-OFF on January 18 with dinner and games.
Bible Story 1: Moses & the Burning Bush (Exodus 3)
P&L Dates: Jan. 25, Feb. 1, Feb. 8, Feb. 29, Mar. 7
Feb. 8: Field trip to the Prehistoric Museum here in Price.
Feb. 15 (special game and activities night due to parent/teacher conferences)
NO ASM P&L on Ash Wednesday, Feb. 22.
Bible Story 2: The Story of Lydia (from Acts 16)
Mar. 14, Mar. 21, Mar. 28, Apr. 11, Apr. 18
NO ASM P&L on April 4, Wednesday in Holy Week.
We will have special guests, a field trip (perhaps two), and lots of singing,
games, arts and crafts and it looks like we will make another music video.
April 18 will be our last ASM Power & Light
gathering for the spring term.
 What exactly
is the ASM Power & Light Company?
The name, ASM Power & Light Company connects to images of God's power
and light, to Jesus saying to his disciples, "I am the light of the world."
Ascension St. Matthew's is an "event-based"
congregation: Fall Fare, Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper, Vacation Bible School,
Lenten lunches, etc. If it is an EVENT, we do well!
